When was Prixley Online Store established?
Our physical store opened in 2020, and the online store launched in 2022. We’ve since upgraded to a more secure platform.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, we guarantee 100% authenticity. All products are inspected for quality and authenticity before sale.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer secure payment via EFT, credit, and debit cards.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payment methods are fully secured.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Customs duties are the recipient’s responsibility. We don’t accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Is shipping free in South Africa?
Free delivery for orders over R800 to main centers. Fees apply for orders below R800 or to outlying areas.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders ship within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided via email.
